We are 1.5km outside the village of Vaiano, just over 10 minutes away from Castiglione del Lago, which is the main town on Lake Trasimeno. Lake Trasimeno is the 4th largest lake in Italy, and is in Umbria, in the province of Perugia. We are very close to the border with Tuscany, to the town of Chiusi and the exit from the A1/E35 motorway.

By CAR: Exit the A1/E35 at Chiusi and we are 10-15 minutes drive away.
By TRAIN: Chiusi train station is 10-15 minutes away and Castiglione del Lago station is about 12 minutes away. You can catch trains north to Florence or south to Rome from either.

Perugia airport is 45 minutes away, Pisa and Rome airports are about 2 hours drive away.
