07/07/21: Chicory and the pool

It’s hard to stop taking photos of the little chicory flowers that seem to be all over the track by the olive grove, and by the side of he road wherever I go. They’re such a pretty shade of blue! I also thought I’d take some photos of the garden, and the vines because the grapes are growing… There’s a heatwave, and we’ve only just discovered that the garden has an irrigation system installed…and the grass is already looking very dry – if only we’d found it earlier! The garden is proving the most difficult part to plan: how to divide it for guests so that the dogs are kept separate but the feeling of space, the views, is not lost… We can’t decide so haven’t done anything yet…
