Christmas stocking, Advent bunting!

This morning I created a design for a patchwork and appliqué Christmas stocking, for the Christmas sewing workshop on 9th November. It’s lined with red and white gingham – why does that fabric seem so Christmassy, I wonder?! It’s displayed here on our mantlepiece with the Advent bunting – bunting which includes a little pocket for gifts. This will also feature in the same sewing workshop.
