Since this time of year is always quiet here at Textile Holidays France, I’ve called next month’s newsletter – due to be sent out on 1st March – “Around the World”. In it, I highlight a few different Textiles from…around the world which I’ve recently come across! There’s a woman called Carol Mania, who lives in Florida and who coils pine needles to crate baskets, a Hungarian woman called Agnes Herczeg who creates modern lace art, plus a whole Mexican town covered in crocheted hexagons.
