It’s been a while since I made a dress for a child – it was something I used to do when I was making the Christening wear, especially on the run up to Christmas. I made a dress for the “Refresher” workshops, because the design contains so many important skills tat are used in lots of different projects. However, I’ve decided I should make some to sell – and they’re going to be reversible – hopefully, with matching bolero jackets, “Paddington Bear” hats, and perhaps a small cross-body bag… The apron is for the “Beginners'” workshops – the focus is the home-made bias binding, plus creating and adding a patch pocket.
