One of my upcoming skills workshops will cover mitred corners, with a place mat and two different styles of napkin – one plain (or embroidered), one trimmed with a contrast. These are my sample products; the idea is my “students” learn 3 different ways of mitring corners.
It’s a useful skill to have and can be used on many projects such as jackets or quilts/throws.
