Here’s the second garment made by the lady here on a Sewing Holiday recently… This time, the challenge was using a very lightweight, shiny, slippery fabric! It’s a particularly gorgeous fabric, in fact, with a pattern variation which – with careful planning – she used to full effect! This beautiful blouse – I want to buy the pattern myself – is mostly assembled using French seams. It has a faced neckline, set in sleeves, flounces at the bottom of the sleeves, and a gathered lower section; I love it!
