The studio is on the ground floor and is both characterful and functional, with tables for sewing and cutting out.
The room is fully equipped with Janome sewing machines and an overlocker, plus of course irons/ironing boards. There are fabric shears, embroidery scissors and paper scissors, pins, tape measures, unpickers… pretty much everything you might need. There are also lots and lots of Textiles-related books which you are welcome to borrow/ to use while you’re here.
I usually ask you to provide your own fabrics – after all, it’s important you like what you make!
