This morning three people came along to my studio to make reversible tote bags, with boxed corners. A simple design, but which can be adapted and changed to suit the end use: adding a pocket inside or out (or both), changing the way fabrics are combined, perhaps dividing it vertically, not boxing the corners, adding a flap and/or a zip… I love the interesting fabrics they chose, and just wish I’d taken photos of them turned through, to show the fabric/shape inside.
