“We are two friends who were on holiday looking for something fun to do, so we decided to visit Bronwen to make a reversible tote bag. One of us had a little experience and the other had never used a sewing machine. Nonetheless, Bronwen was a brilliant teacher with very basic but concise instructions together with a PowerPoint so that we could actually see each step before we attempted it. The sewing machines were very easy to use. I can honestly say that we had an amazing afternoon and came away with new skills and fabulous new bags. As a bonus we also meet two other lovely ladies who also attended the session. Bronwen’s studio is a very pleasant place to work in, very light and airy with a great ambience. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to anyone who has an interest in sewing. I will definitely be back to learn how to make quilting – lots of beautiful pieces on show to tempt you!
