The other project on the Advanced Beginners’ course is a bread basket with drawstring section which will help keep bread warm during the meal. This can be fully folded down when needed. Unfortunately, despite carefully planning which way up to have the gorgeous Toile de Jouy, because this storage basket is so versatile, it’s upside down when folded to the outside! I think it’s definitely a project for a fabric with no “nap”… In fact, it will be a great talking point when I show my sample!! The featured photo – because I didn’t want my mistake on the main page (!) shows simplified versions, in different sizes for a variety of uses.
