I love writing my sewing blog throughout the year, describing what I’ve made or taught in my workshops and on my holidays and sewing retreats. It’s much harder, though, in the summer… For instance, this week I’ve been updating this website and making plans for the year ahead and – well – that doesn’t make interesting reading! Since late June we’ve also taken some time out to enjoy the sunshine and the local area again, although it’s good to share some photos it’s not the same as sharing sewing projects!
So… If you’ve not read my sewing blog before apologies – this isn’t typical! Have a look at past posts or read through my newly updated “holidays” section, and once I start creating projects for my autumn workshops I’ll have more things to share.
The photo, incidentally, was taken from our driveway/lane… This area is full of sunflowers (and maize, and vines) at this time of year!
